Return Policy for Les Seamster Art Studios
Thank you for visiting my shop! I take pride in creating original artwork and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read my return policy carefully:

 

Returns & Refunds

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of the date you received your order.

Condition of Artwork: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact me at les@lesseamsterart.com within the 14-day window with your order details. I will provide instructions on how to send the artwork back.

Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the artwork. Return shipping is paid for by the customer, and I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the artwork is returned safely.

Refunds: Once I receive and inspect the returned artwork, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [X] days.

Please Note:

No returns after 14 days from the delivery date.

Custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately with photos of the issue within 7 days of receipt. I will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or refund.
